Applied Mathematics 476a/b Numerical Solutions of Partial Differential Equations

Finite difference methods, stability analysis for time-dependent problems.

Prerequisite: Applied Mathematics 261b or the former Applied Mathematics 272a/b.

Pre- or corequisite: Applied Mathematics 315a/b, or 375a/b, or 376a/b, or 380.
