Course Description

Kinesiology 204q/r/s/t Exercise Skills

An introduction to the basic knowledge and techniques essential in designing exercise programs for beginners. Students will be expected to learn and put into practice techniques used to develop muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.

Prerequisite: completion of the first year Kinesiology program and registration in the School of Kinesiology.
Five lecture/lab hours per week for 6 weeks, quarter-course.
