CEE 458a/b Risk Analysis and Decision Making in Engineering

Engineering systems are analyzed using probability theory and statistics to evaluate system performance under uncertainty. Risk based methods are used to make decisions under uncertainty.

Antirequisites: The former ES 458a/b.
Prerequisite: Completion of third year of the Civil Engineering program, Statistical Sciences 241a/b.
