Physical Therapy 408a Sports Therapy for Physical Therapists

(May be chosen as an elective in Year IV if offered.) To provide the physical therapy student with the knowledge and skills necessary to function in a sports therapy environment.

Prerequisites: The former Physical Therapy 282, 320, Anatomy and Cell Biology 201; basic first-aid certification and cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques; or special permission granted by the course instructor.

3 lecture/laboratory hours, half course.
