A theoretical presentation of vector spaces, linear dependence, bases, dimension, determinants, the algebra of linear transformations, rank and nullity, matrix representation, change of basis, equivalence and similarity, eigenvalues and eigenvectors. |

| Prerequisite: A minimum grade of "C" in Linear Algebra 040a/b or the former Mathematics 202a. |
