APPLICATION PROCEDURES

By mid-September each year a common application form is available for all faculties of education in Ontario from The Teacher Education Application Service, Ontario Universities' Application Centre, 650 Woodlawn Rd. W., P.O. Box 1328, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 7P4.

Completed applications, specifying program choice(s) and faculties of education, should be returned to the Ontario Universities Application Centre at the above address. Copies of the form will be forwarded to the faculties specified. Candidates will receive further information and instructions regarding documentation and interviews directly from the faculties.

Applications, the $85 application fee, the Transcript Request Form, and the non-refundable $55 processing fee must be received by OUAC no later than December 1, 2001. Normally, late applications will only be considered by The University of Western Ontario on an exceptional basis. Technological Studies candidates, who may receive a conditional offer on March 30, 2002, are required to pay a fee of $175 for a Technological Studies Diagnostic Examination held late in May 2002.

Deadline: All applications, fees, support documentation, and transcripts must be received by the published deadline.

A Technological Studies Diagnostic Examination is required for selected applicants to Technological Studies.
