ACADEMIC INFORMATION
Completion of first year programs in Arts, Science or Social Science may be the first step in proceeding to the following professional programs:
Admission to the 2-year MClSc(OT) degree program follows completion of a 4-year degree including certain prerequisite courses. See SCHOOL OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY section ().
Admission to the program in Physical Therapy leading to the BSc(PT) degree occurs after completion of an undergraduate degree. See SCHOOL OF PHYSICAL THERAPY section ().
Admission into third year of the BA in Honors Business Administration follows two years of a 3-year or 4-year program in Arts, Science or Social Science.
Admission to the 4-year program leading to the DDS degree follows two years of university study. A student who intends to study dentistry will usually apply for admission to first year Science.
Admission to the 3-year program leading to the LLB degree requires a degree from a recognized university or completion of two years of university study beyond the Ontario Secondary School Honour Graduation Diploma (OSSHGD), or the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) including at least six OACs, or equivalent. Preference may be given to applicants with a degree. A student who intends to study law will usually apply for admission to first year Arts or Social Science.
Admission to the 4-year MD program in the Faculty of Medicine follows three years of university study.
Admission to Year III of the BSW (Honors) program is formal application to the School of Social Work, King's College, by February 1. The professional Social Work program is offered on a full-time and part-time basis. A minimum of ten full-course equivalents are required for admission.
