DEFERRED REGISTRATION

Applicants offered admission into first year programs may seek permission to defer their initial registration for up to one year provided that they do not attend another post-secondary institution. For applicants who were offered a scholarship/award or a place in residence, these offers are automatically deferred.

If a deferral is granted, the applicant will be required to submit a $220.00 non-refundable deposit to secure a place for the following academic year.

The request for deferral of registration should be reached by the Office of the Registrar prior to the commencement of the session for which the offer of admission was given.^*
