Social Work 318a/b Social Work Practice with Communities

A study of practice theory, values and skills relevant to developmental and planning processes at the local community level in Canadian society. Analytical skills and interventive techniques for dealing with social issues and problems.

Antirequisites: The former Social Work 303 and 353a/b.
Prerequisites: Social Work 020, 204, 205 or equivalent, 311a/b, 313a/b, 314a/b, and 315a/b.
Corequisite: Social Work 319b.
3 lecture hours, half course.
