The study of industrial relations from an organizational behavior perspective that provides a broad overview and social understanding of the relations between labor, management and the state in Canada.

Antirequisites: Sociology 469F/G, the former Administrative Studies 352F/G.
Prerequisites: One of: Administrative and Commercial Studies 180, 280F/G, the former Administrative Studies 180, 280F/G.
