Biology 381a Biological Macromolecules

(Given by the Department of Biochemistry.) A consideration of the structure of proteins and nucleic acids; enzymology; elements of recombinant DNA technology and related methodology.

Antirequisites: The former Biochemistry 453a, 464a.
Prerequisites: Biology 280a, Chemistry 213a/b and 223b, or 253.
3 lecture hours, half course.
