Administrative and Commercial Studies 276a/b Business Law II

The study of business law topics including business relationships, special contractual relationships continued (law of bailment, restrictive trade practices, insurance law, law of negotiable instruments), real property law, creditor-debtor relationship, and special legal rights.

Antirequisites: Business Administration 450a/b, Law 402a/b, 403a/b, the former Administrative Studies 276a/b.
Prerequisite: Administrative and Commercial Studies 275a/b or the former Administrative Studies 275a/b.
3 lecture hours, half course.
