Media, Information and Technoculture 333F/G Exploring Learning Technologies

The course explores the uses of media in education. Considered in the course are the nature of learning processes, the types of media used in educational settings, and the role of media in providing new approaches to learning and communication.

Prerequisite: Registration in the final year of an MIT Area of Concentration, or third or fourth year of an MIT Honors or Combined Honors program, or permission of the instructor.
2 lecture hours, 2 laboratory hours, half course.
