Course Description

Geography 378F/G Urban Form and Structure

Theoretical and empirical treatment of the development of urban form and structure, including processes affecting information based employment in the modern city; philosophies of housing, urban housing markets, development problems of the Central Business District, urban built form and the architectural heritage.

Prerequisites: Third or fourth year status in the University.
2 lecture hours, 2 tutorial hours, half course.
