Award Description

Charles Alexander Dow Scholarship

Awarded to a student registered in the Faculty of Science who has achieved a minimum 80% academic average and demonstrated financial need. The Office of the Registrar-Student Financial Services will complete an assessment of financial need and the Faculty of Science will select the recipients. Established by Marguerite Ruth Dow, Professor Emerita, The University of Western Ontario, in memory of her great uncle, Charles Alexander Dow.

This bursary will receive matched funding from the Ontario Government through the Student Opportunity Trust Fund Program.
