Awarded annually to a fourth-year student enrolled in the Civil Engineering Program having the highest aggregate final marks of the third and fourth years, provided that the student has attained first class honors standing in the work of the final year. This is the gift of Dr. James A. Vance, a past President of the Engineering Institute of Canada and a former Chair of the Ontario Water Resources Commission. |
