Award Description

The Donald D.C. McGeachy Gold Medal for Materials Engineering

Awarded annually to the fourth-year student in the Materials Engineering Program who obtains the highest aggregate final marks for the third and fourth years, provided the student obtains first class honors standing in the work of the final year. This medal is a gift of Wolverine Tube (Canada) Inc., London in recognition of the many contributions of Mr. McGeachy to the community, to The University of Western Ontario, and to industry in the City of London.
