Award Description

Gordon F. Chess Award

Awarded to a student entering the third year in the Faculty of Engineering Science. Candidates must have successfully completed the first two years of the Engineering Science program and must exhibit broad interests and leadership qualities as demonstrated by participation in university and/or community activities. Students will be invited to apply for this award in the first two weeks of the academic year. This award was established through Foundation Western by faculty colleagues, family and friends to honour Gordon F. Chess.
