Award Description

The Gordon J. Spylo Award in Physiology

Awarded to a graduating student from an Honors Physiology Program who, in the opinion of classmates and faculty, demonstrated enthusiasm for physiology and for life in general, and who promoted camaraderie among the Honors Students. The student must have a minimum "B" average in the final year. The award is endowed through the Mogenson Trust in Physiology by classmates, friends and family in memory of the late Gordon J. Spylo, HBSc Physiology, 1993, a young man whose attitude, character, and actions enriched the lives of those who knew him. Established through Foundation Western.
