The Frances Weir Gold Medal and Scholarship

For honors English and History. The gift of Mr. Samuel E. Weir, QC, through the Weir Foundation, in memory of his sister Miss Frances Martha Weir who died in 1959 and, who was, at the time of her graduation in 1916, the winner of the Governor General's Gold Medal, which was then awarded to the best student in the honors English and History program.
