Dr. Reginald H. Cooper Bursary

Awarded to persons returning to University studies or coming to the University for the first time, who are registered in the Public Administration Diploma Program, who are currently employed by a municipality in Ontario, and who have been employed in municipal government for a minimum of five years, as selected by the Department of Political Science.
